Important change for riders with foreign licence

Important change for riders with foreign licence

Registration of your foreign licence (NEW)

From next season, Cycling Flanders will adapt the registration procedure for regional races. For riders with a foreign licence, there is one important change: they must upload their licence once per year in their personal online portal. A fee of €25 will be charged.

Why this measure?

  • All riders use the same digital platform
  • This allows us to continue investing in its further development
  • It ensures correct and up-to-date rider information

What does this mean for you?

  • You can register for races immediately, just like Belgian riders
  • You no longer have to wait until 14 days before the race to register
  • Your details will be correct in start lists and results

➡️ This registration ensures that riders with a foreign licence are fully integrated into the registration system.

From when and how do I upload my licence?

This will be possible from 22 January via your personal portal.
Below you find an instruction video explaining the application procedure.
After your licence registration has been approved by an administrative staff member, you will be able to register for competitions via your portal.
